From appetizer to dessert, there is no shortage of dishes inspired by local and Italian traditions, such as spaghetti carbonara with eel enriched with black truffle, together with dishes that are the result of the chef’s experiences and travels.

The monkfish fillet typical of the lagoon, which meets the aromas and scents of Asia with the addition of cardamom, a spice from southern India, and the special XO sauce coming directly from Hong Kong. Or the three-pepper cuttlefish, offered in a Japanese sashimi formula: a unique interweaving of West and East.
